This Saturday, October 27 is the Team’s Kit Fitting Event. This event is done as a courtesy for team members who are not sure of their sizing. Voler has made changes to the material and padding so it would be beneficial for you to make it to one of the fittings. We will have additional dates and times if you are unable to make the Saturday fitting.
- Saturday, October 27 from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. Club ride to follow at 11:30 a.m.
- Monday, October 29 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (make-up fitting)
- Thursday, November 1 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (make-up fitting)

IMPORTANT – NOVEMBER 11 DEADLINE!
It is the responsibility of each member to have their application, check (for kit & dues), and sizes to the club no later than November 11. Please note this means in our possession, not in the mail. If we don’t receive it by the 11th, you’ll not be included in the kit order.
If you will not be attending the fitting, but will be dropping off or mailing in your application along with your check and sizes, remember it is very important to include whether you want a Race Cut or Club Cut jersey and also whether you want Bibs or Shorts. The process this year will be the same as last year.
ORDERING ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Each member is required to purchase a minimum of one team kit in addition to their $20 membership dues. The club will place the group order which will include EVERYONE’S (members who have completed application and submitted their check and sizes) required kit. All members will then receive the link to the Voler online ordering system. Members then have until midnight of November 12 to log on and order any ADDITIONAL kits and accessories. Please remember this online system is for any and all ADDITIONAL kits and accessories.
